Hi all,
I have had a wonderful experience with my A/C company "DeSantis".
When the heat hit last month my A/C became inefficient (the unit was 20 years old) so I called DeSantis to come for a service call. They arrived within 4 hours and proceeded to check out my system, after spending 1.5 hrs diagnosing the problem they added Freon (didn't promise it would hold) and charged me $170 for the call and the Freon. This lasted the weekend and again we lost A/C. The owner Frank came out and again tried to resuscitate the unit to no avail. Knowing I needed a new system I asked Frank to give me an estimate to replace the entire system. I had looked in replacing the system a week before and knew a ballpark figure. His estimate was right on so I asked when he could install the new system, he told me how busy his techs were and it would not be before 2 weeks......he knew no one would wait 2 weeks in the heat so he offered to install a "loaner" the next day until he could install my new system. This was a smart move on his part to keep us happy and cool. To his word we had a new system installed 8 days later by the most professional techs I have met since coming here 4 years.
I am extremely happy, satisfied and impressed by the company's professionalism and concern for our comfort.
