The Supreme Court states that you should NOT pay any more Federal Income tax than you are legally required to. If Trump did not pay any Federal Income tax, then he didn't owe them any. If you want to the rich to pay more taxes, then the only tax to use is the "FAIR TAX" which is a Federal sales tax.
