Don't usually post but feel the need in this case. We purchased 2 rocker recliners 4 weeks ago. Delivery was supposed to be around May 20th a Friday. Chairs arrived about 9:30 Fri. morning by 2 nice delivery men they moved our other furniture around placed chairs where we wanted explained how to work them and left. Sat noon one stopped working so called store and had a nice person try to help we decided it could be motor and said the repair man would call Monday he called and said he would be near us around 4:30 Tuesday arrived on time with motor in hand checked our chair and installed new motor and left by 5. I rally am glad I chose to shop local rather than big store.

Kent is great for those that can afford them.

Really not that expensive when you want service on what you buy.

We've also purchased furniture from Kent and found them very competitive with other stores in the area. The big deal with them is customer service.

We also like Kent Furniture in Belleview and have gotten several things there. Have gotten my La-Z-Boy recliners & metal bed from White's Furniture on 441.

We bought most of our first home's furniture and my momma's lift chair from Kent.

We were trying to find a wall unit for our second home and they went above trying to find us what we wanted by emailing us different company links.

Very happy with quality and customer service.
