VIR Rentals ?????

Has anyone heard of or used this rental company to manage their properties? We started with them this year. We have been having problems and are extremely dissatisfied with their services.
Please feel free to PM me or post here if you have had any dealings with this company. So far the news has not been good. :grumpy:

We also are thinking of using VIR Rentals . Would anyone who has used them either as an owner or renter please tell me of their experiences using them
