View Full Version : Why would someone do this?

I cannot understand why someone would take their household to the local rec center and put it in the trash cans near the shuffle board courts? The same person does this several times a week. Other people decide to empty their kitchen into the cans also. CPM has been told about this, has the offenders name and address and still it continues.

Maybe someone should inform the malcreants that our garbage folks will pick up almost anything. Amount doesn't matter, just weight. They may really not know and are trying to get away with not paying extra garbage fees. The other reason is they leave stuff by the mailboxes in the hope that someone else can put these items to good use.
The ones that should be dumped head first into the garbage bins are those that toss their doggy bags into them. Nothing like going to get your mail and being assaulted with the smell of doggy poop. Don't know about you, but it certainly makes my day.

This is not something out of the normal everyday trash. They are bringing up small bags of their household trash two to three times a week. Why would you haul it up to the rec center instead of just the end of the driveway? Don't even get me started on the dog poop!😬

1. Because they are 'entitled'.
2. Because they're above having to smell their own trash and dog-poop stench in their own steaming garage.

It's probably because they live out of The Villages and work close by and have to pay for garbage pickup. I see bags of garbage on the side of the roads (out of The Villages) all the time.Or they have something really stinky that they want to get rid of.

They live in the Villages, they leave their mail in the bags with their address, their phone numbers, SSN, ect. I can tell you that they like blueberry eggos, they have their pictures printed at Walgreen, what their kids names are, and more. It is a good thing for them I am an honest person.

Time to stop being a nice person...if they're throwing this stuff out in the public trash, it's clear they don't care if it becomes public information....perhaps a few hundred notes from the neighbors might get their attention!

You can post their names and pictures at every square, and they will not care. People who do that sort of thing do not embarrass easily.
Can TV fine them? The only way you get to people like this is through the wallet. Take away from their Starbucks budget and they’re going to be really pi…d.

"Too good" to smell their own stink.
Too arrogant to think anyone would confront them.
Maybe a few bags of their own trash should be left at their front doorstep?

Have you filed a formal complaint with Deed Compliance? I don't think CW is authorized to do anything. I could be wrong.

Throughout life, whether on the job, in their neighborhood, socializing etc. your always going to run across those that like to challenge and break the rules. The sign says "left only " and sure enough they'll go right.

Perhaps with all the information. (address etc) They may find themselves waking up to bags of trash in their driveway!!! You never can tell what goes around has a nasty way of coming around.

This is part of dementia. I saw it happen to my parents. Not sure why they did it. Just relax, they'll be carted off themselves very soon.

I think your conjecture makes the most sense.
