I know this has been discussed before but I still have some questions. We are looking for an attorney to do very simple wills for us. We have no children. We also want the basic health directives including living will, durable powers of attoorney etc.
Any recommendations including price ranges?
Thanks as always.

We used the Milhorn Elder PLanning Group to do ours and they will meet with you to discuss everything. In a few weeks they will call you in and you'll go in a conference room and sign a bunch of papers. On the spot they give you a notebook with copies of everything divided up with tabs for you to keep in case of emergency.

We would recommend Atty Patrick Smith who has an office in Fruitland Park. 352-241-8760.The consultation is free and he will share pricing and Florida law with you. We just had new Durable Power of Attorneys done at $95 each. Pleased with his follow-through and guidance.

My husband and I recently saw Mary Beth Kelly here in The Villages. Her firm is established in Altamonte Springs and Mount Dora and she is establishing an office here at Palm Ridge (behind CVS on route 466). We found her professional, friendly, and very, very knowledgable on Florida law. We are having her draw up our wills and health documents, and she or her firm will be available in the future to assist us or our heirs as the need arises. We are very comfortable with our choice and our minds are at ease.

The phone number is (352) 775-8576.
