Hello - are dogs allowed on the squares with their humans during the nightly entertainment?
Thanks - MarvinH

I rather see dogs here than humans, yes. :1rotfl:

Yes, they are welcome. Just be careful of the heat of the pavement if you go during sunny hours.

You will also find them in the grocery stores, on the deck at resturants, in strollers. This is a pet friendly place and as someone said, you will know you are a Villager when none of that bothers your anymore.

You are right. The more I know about people, the better I like dogs.

Yes. Dogs are allowed, but they cannot save seats for more than one other dog/cat.

I say if the dogs/cats can tie that crime scene tape into nice knots around the chairs, they should be able to save as many seats as they want. :1rotfl:

Herbie, in my picture, insists on bringing his own chair and does not tolerate seat savers. He will lick them into submission.

Also, just remember to bring a few doggie bags along, in case your furry companion has an unexpected accident. Hope you both have fun.

I don't take our dog due to the fact he gets mouthy at seat savers after a few drinks. Luckily happy hour is only so long.

Yep dog friendly community. So I protested at District because they were not going to allow me to gain entrance anywhere in TV with my pet anole even though he was on a leash. No justice no peace

Don (H57) We needed some humor today. Have I told you lately what a good guy you are? And what excellent taste in wives you have?

Hugs to both of you.

I wonder if the Cubs "Billy Goat Curse" would be lifted if I took a borrowed Billy Goat to the Square? Might be worth a try! Nah---I probably would have to actually own the Goat. BTY, I have seen people with a snake there on the Square so dogs are very welcome IMHO.

Dogs can't line dance. They have two left feet.

I don't have a dog in this discussion :D but I wonder why some people bring their dogs on very crowded nights. I have seen some dogs in some discomfort, as they have little room to manevuer and seem to not do well, with a lot of people around, or in their way. IMHO

BTW - I like dogs.

I love seeing dogs at the squares. But there are always a few clueless grandparents/parents who let their kids stick their hands or even face into the face of a dog who's never met them before. I cringe when I see kids and adults who have no idea how to approach a dog.

Then are quick to blame the dog, for possibly snipping at them.

Better to ask the owner if it's ok, to pet the dog.

Makes me wonder.
