Heard this spoken what might have been in my direction when I was out walking my dog. I was the only one in the vicinity near a group of golfers on the Belmont Golf Course.

This was on Friday morning around 11:15 AM. 6/17/2016. Or maybe Saturday about the same time. 6/18/2016.

I just make a note of these and hope they do not show any kind of orchestrated pattern which they did back in March-April 2000 in Palm Harbor, FL. That did not end very well for me.

Google Taltarzac725 for why this might be happening again. It might be absolutely nothing though which I am hoping is the case.

When someone says "horseheads" to me I think of Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather and the famous scene from the aftermath of the talk that Corleone's consigliere Tom Hagen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Hagen) had with the movie producer on behalf of the Frank Sinatra like singer wanna-be actor.

Well that is what came to mind.

This may be absolutely nothing. I did report what happened to me in Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs that March of 2000 to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office on September 18, 2002. I also gave the Criminal Intelligence Detective about 108 documents about why someone might pull this. Google Taltarzac725 for why this probably happened to me in 2000.

If there are more things like this though I will go to the police again like I did on September 18, 2002. There were a lot of them in Palm Harbor in 2000. Orchestrated by someone I believe.

One jerk on a golf course does not make any kind of pattern though. And there is Free Speech as well. I am making a record of it though in case there is a pattern.

Some golfers have all kinds of animal head covers for their clubs. Maybe one of them were refering to their or their spouse loosing a horse head cover? My guess.

Could be. Be he said this very loudly. I heard it easily from 30 feet.

And some of the regular people in the Lynnhaven pool probably heard it as well as I did.

I did not go and ask them "Did you hear that" as it is probably nothing.

I had a lot of problems with a Public Library Director named Gene Coppola in Palm Harbor. He threatened me with a lawsuit in a certified letter dated March 2, 2004. A bogus one I might add for fighting with him about a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory. I had volunteered at the two public libraries in Palm Harbor controlled by Gene Coppola for 10-14 hours per week from the Spring-Fall of 2000 through roughly Summer of 2003.

In March-April of 2000 I did have some mental health problems but these were I believe caused by some people setting me up because of the success I was having in the 1990s with my 224 613 Project. I did mention some of this to Gene Coppola when I first met him in the Summer of 2000. He was fine with my volunteering and even wanted 50% of any money he could make through grants from the government from my 224 613 Project. I refused his offer outright in the Summer of 2000 because I just met him and he wanted 50% of something I had at that time been working on for nine years. Google Taltarzac725.

I was very happy to move out of Palm Harbor, FL in 2005 mostly because of all the problems I had with Gene Coppola. He was also the Chairman of the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce around 2003 or 2004. We moved to the Villages in June of 2005 and I was very happy to get out of Coppolaville otherwise known as Palm Harbor, FL.

My thinking is that someone knows the details of my story which I have posted all over the place and is trying to get a rise out of me with this "Horseheads" comment. Well it worked. But I am just going to calmly make a record of it and let others look into it.

People who know me, know I am a huge fan of movies and if someone says "Horseheads" to me, I will probably think of Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather and that scene from that movie with the horse . And there is something threatening in it as well unless of course this is all just innocent. Which it could be.

I am NOT saying that Gene Coppola had anything whatsoever to do with this as I do not think he would be that stupid.

But when directed at me --if this person knows me well for some reason-- that could be a problem. And I do have a very large Internet footprint because of my struggle since January 1991 for access to practical materials for survivors/victims of crimes in out through libraries of all kinds. A lot of this is out there in e-mails I sent from 1999 through 2007 or so as well as many posts on Facebook and thousands of snail mail letters in the 1990s.

And I do hope some of the regulars at the Lynnhaven pool heard this "Horseheads" as well as I have almost never heard things that were not real or just in my head.

Could be. I did not look to see what this man was doing when he said it. It takes me a while to process stuff at times.

It seems to me he was near the restroom on Belmont Golf Course when he said this but again I could not give any kind of description of the man as I did not even look at him. Just left the area as quickly as possible which is what I do now when I feel anything strange going on around me.

90% chance this is totally innocent and has nothing to do with me or with my 224 613 Project.

I have found that while fighting very powerful people and you seem to have the better position once in a while they will start making attacks on you personally no matter how low they can get. This becomes a form of psychological warfare which unfortunately seems quite common in areas of the world without the protections of State and Federal Constitutions and the rule of law. Whoever has the biggest fist and the willingness to use it. This includes labeling people mentally ill any way those in power can do successfully. Gaslighting opponents is one of these methods. So is just rounding them up and putting them in mental health facilities on trumped up diagnoses.

Thanks. Things seem to be going extremely well for me with this 224 613 Project with the ability of Facebook to control my message a great deal.

I did get a call from a reporter from the Scientologist's major magazine-- I had sent them a huge number of e-mails-- but decided I did not want them to do a story on me and my work as I suspected they would twist it in every direction to their own agenda which I do not share. Some psychiatrists do great work as well as do some psychologists. Not sure when the call from the Scientologists was. My guess would be around 2004.

When psychiatry/psychology is weaponized for the goals of the military, bureaucrats, or just office politics, that's a huge problem. It was just office politics when I first started out on the 224 613 Project but Law Librarianship is wrapped around the power centers in the United States which does include the Top Law Schools and Top Law Firms in the US.

Facebook allows the survivor/victim access at least to some of the assets that will help level the playing field in the legal game.

I was connected to some of the most powerful law librarians in 1987-1991 while I was cataloging all the computer files for the WESTLAW Project back at the University of Minnesota Law Library. This was a national project working in conjunction with someone who was cataloging all the computer files on LEXIS at SUNY at Buffalo Law School Library. I thought having such status would allow me to push for more access to practical information for survivors/victims of crimes. It did not. I was blacklisted by this very powerful group of law librarians from the profession and have been fighting from outside the Law Librarianship profession since mid-1991.

People should look at the Taltarzac725 Photobucket array. You should be able to see that I am really getting somewhere with it like I was around 1999-2000.
