Looking for a reasonable , good plumber to fix the leaking toilet. Suggestions please.

If it's the float seal leaking, you can go on you tube and watch the video on how to replace the seal. It takes longer to watch the video than the actual time to make the repair. It was so easy and quick that I replaced both of my toilet seals the same day.
