Yay, it's back up. I didn't do anything, it just came back up on its own.
I can't access TOTV through my Centurylink WiFi again. I can only access it if I turn my wifi off and go through LTE with my cell phone. This happened once before a few months ago. Admin please try to fix this with Centurylink. Thank you

It's not a cookies problem because I can't access it on my cell phone, iPad or computer if I use wifi, but I can access it on my cell phone if I turn off wifi

You all can try using a different browser which has worked for me. I normally use Google Chrome but can get on with Firefox or internet explorer.

I'm using Centurylink WiFi with Windows 10 on one computer and Vista on laptop, with no problems.
Using Monzilla foxfire as browser on both. Have no problem accessing TOTV or any other site.

I have Comcast, and my normal (home wi fi) has not worked for over 2 days, if I use the Xfinity wifi it works. I have email the info to the admin, hopefully they can fix this.

Been outside pounding on the door for the last couple of days. Sweetie fiddled with the cookies and the cache and then I walked right in.
I am addicted. Close to getting the shakes.;)

I second chrome. Never a problem.

I tried IE11 (my normal browser), Edge, and Chrome, NONE work on my NORMAL internet connection. ALL work if I use the Xfinity connection (still at my house just a different sign on and different IP address). I am beginning to think this is similar to the problem last month where some users were being redirected to other sites. If I recall one or more servers were hacked.

Weird. I have Comcast, Win10, and Firefox and have no trouble getting on at all. I do run CCleaner weekly, at least, which clears history and cache. But others say they've done this and it doesn't help.

I am also running Win10. The problems I am seeing are just like the previous issues where only a few ToTV users were affected. My normal wi fi connection is still bad, so I have to change to the xfinity hot spot connection to get on the site.
I will try rebooting the comcast modem and see if that helps.
