I don't think that Trump has that honor of being the "highest grade criminal." He is still back seat to the Clintons.

I see no difference in trump's scheme than any motivational seminar or any other scheme where bunch of losers think pep talk will make them rich. If so all the worthless online degrees colleges needs to be investigated along with all the TV schemes.
