We are closing on a new home in Labelle community in July. Want to get some rooms painted and Trim work (crown molding, chair rail) work done. Looking for suggestions on top quality contractors in both areas. Can you help us out? Jim

You want the best, you won't find anyone better and they both advertise on this website.

Investment Painting is the best.
I never had crown molding installed so I cannot comment on Creative Finish.

We had Creative Finishes do our crown molding. They did a great job and your whole house will be done in a few hours. The send a huge crew. Also, no payment required until the job is completed

We had Creative Finishes also. They did a great job with the crown moulding but when you have a crew of 8 running around your house, things can happen and our nightstand got damaged. Although it took a while, they did repair it.

Creative-
Did every room in our house in one morning. Complete cleanup , including vacuum. caulked and painted with no obvious misses. Done 1 yr ago and no callbacks.

Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use again if I am ever unwise enough to by another house.

Number one,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, be careful. We used Tim Cox and he is great on internal stuff. Also in the paper, Action Jackson is good too. Be very careful, get it in writing, get it clearly defined, this is the land of, RIP OFF THE NEWCOMERS FROM OUT OF STATE!!!! This is no joke you can run into some scams for sure. Call Bill McKenzie at Gable Insulators, he is really great and well rounded.

Make sure you allow some time for a great contractor to do your work. They are busy because their work is fantastic. I went with Steve Kling 352-267-7184 because of several friends who have been extremely happy with him and his crew. His price was very fair also.

I have used Investment Painting 3 times and always a great job and good pricing for both inside and outside. Creative Finish Carpentry does a great job and will be install crown at my new villa in a couple of weeks. The also do cornices and all kinds of other finish carpentry work. No money up front and a written contract from them on pricing.

May not be able to putt, but I agree with the recommendations.

Creative Finish Carpentry besides doing crown molding also does chair rail. They offer three different size crown moldings. We went with the middle one (6 1/4"), and I looks great with our vaulted ceilings.

Ditto on Creative Finishes, they are the best IMO, I've used them to do crown molding in 2 houses, with great results. And George Arreoles for painting works with them and does a good job too.

Another vote for Pete. He works by himself and takes longer but the quality is excellent.

Steve Kling Painting, did our exterior and interior. For crown molding, Jesse from JSR trim did all of the house. Some of our neighbors are now using them, good luck.
