I close in late July on a two bedroom/two bath home in TV (Chatham). Im looking to rent it for the next three years until I retire. I need to furnish house completely...does anyone have checklist of items I need to make the house move in ready?:welcome:

We got a checklist from Downhome Property Management. We went in there as interested clients so she gave us the list.
