That's not what I heard him say.
Here it is. No matter what though, it's over.

WASHINGTON — The FBI recommended Tuesday that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should not face criminal charges over her use of a private email server as secretary of State, even though she and aides were "extremely careless" in handling classified information. While FBI Director James Comey criticized Clinton and her aides for carelessly handling classified, top-secret information, he said there is no evidence she intended to do so, the basis for criminal charges."Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information," Comey said in a 15-minute statement explaining the investigation, "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."

What about the 9 months they had deleting files. Should of been seized from day I. When one party has control over the FBI, cia, IRS, surpreme courts, district courts, salutary cities. This what you get. Cronies at it finest. The debt will be 20 trillion by Jan. We are done. The Mexican peso will be worth more than dollar in three years when China money will be the gold standard. It's coming

114th United States Congress - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/114th_United_States_Congress)

It is a Republican majority Congress. Both houses. And if not for Hurricane Sandy and the NJ Governor Chris Christie; Mitt Romney would have won the White House.

You have a megalomaniac rather careless liar running for your Republican Presidential ticket.

And I doubt if his Trump University case will fare for him as well as the e-mail controversy did for Hillary Clinton. Clinton is not the most honest nor careful of politicians but she at least has some practical policy ideas.

You have one of the biggest liars and con men running for President right now in Donald Trump. It is like picking between which putrid apple we want to take a bite out of. The Donald is far worse than Hillary Clinton.

He spreads hatred, bigotry and poorly thought out ideas and one of his main supporters is the KKK.

Clinton has outlined his positions on things fairly well just Google her.

Trump changes his quite often as the Election nears as he will say anything to get enough votes for the election.

The Democratic party has control over the Republican appointed FBI director, Coney. Let's see "W" knew Trump would attack his brother by just calling him names, so he appointed Coney knowing that Coney would always do what he told.

Supreme Court until lately was five Republicans and four Democrats. So, the minority rules. That should speak well in the future for Republicans, when they will be in minority.

We are done only in the minds of anyone that thinks Trump is the only one that can solve our problems. Well, he can't, and only will make things worse. Why? Republicans excel in one thing, obstruction. Governing isn't something that they want to do. Now, bitching, and dooms day predictions are the only thing they are good at.

Re: FBI
The statement was THAT SHE IS GUILTY but he does not suggest prosecution.
Understand-what he said
The FBI should not choose the next president. I'm not even sure if we have a procedure where they to JAIL HILLY. Would they grant Obama an extension and start the primary process all over again.
THE HATRED I READ ON THESE THREADS IS THE SAD PART.
I do not believe EITHER HILLY OR TRUMP CAN BRING THE DIVIDED POPULATION CREATED BY OBAMA TOGETHER AGAIN.
AND IF THE JOB IS NOT HARD ENOUGH THEY WILL START THE NEXT ADMINISTRATION WITH A TEN TRILLION DOLLAR UNPAID OBAMA BILL LEFT ON THE DESK.
Am I the only one to wonder if it is OK for Obama to put AIR FORCE ONE at Hilly's disposal. IT IS NOT HIS PLANE IT IS PROPERTY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. A guess, between maintenance, the pilot, lost presidential time, SECURITY that costs US LIKE A MILLION BUCKS A DAY.
Has Hillary been found innocent, or has she been found IRRESPONSIBLE.

The FBI investigation was good. The FBI Director's reason for not recommending prosecution was not so good.

Did you listen closely? The reason was that they couldn't find any case that gave precedent for filing charges in a case such as this.

Of course they couldn't. There has never been another case with such egregious violations.

Mrs. Clinton mishandled dozens of documents classified Top Secret - Special Handling. Mishandling a single Special Handling document is sufficient for a felony charge.

I held clearance for such material, and I know that if I had mishandled a single item of such information I would have been fired, lost my retirement benefits, and charged with a felony.

Interestingly, there is no statute of limitations on these violations. If Mr. Trump should be elected President, he could direct his new Attorney General to review the case and Mrs. Clinton could still face multiple charges.

Of course, if Mrs. Clinton is elected then she can pardon herself.

Alas.............

.

If, you recall, TRUMP said he gave money to the CLINTONS because as a businessman he wanted to have their ear. ACCORDING TO THE WASHINGTON TIMES, the KKK also gave 20,000 to HILLY's campaign.

President OBAMA-the cause of why we are where we are

"The Klansman claims that members have raised more than $20,000 for Mrs. Clinton and have donated it anonymously to her campaign."

KKK has given $20K to Hillary Clinton's campaign: Klan leader - Washington Times (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/apr/26/klan-leader-claims-kkk-has-given-20k-clinton-campa/)

Obama didn't create a divided population. His mere presence did. He just used three words to do it "Hope and Change". Obama was an outsider, when he was elected. He wasn't a DC fixture. The fixtures made sure that nothing was "CHANGED' by opposing everything he put forward. Trump is an outsider without a color of skin problem. What the hell is he going to change? He is going to use name calling as the big stick. Right!

Whether you want to hear it or not, 1964 Civil Rights laws divided the population. The Democratic South is now Republican. Divide based upon color, Obama's color has a lot to do with the hatred directed at him.

Republicans keep on using the 10 trillion added to the countries' debt. However, they never but never point to the programs he implemented that created the 10 trillion. The devil is in the details , so never provide the details.

Republicans right now are in their glory days by complaining about everything, and do nothing.

"So for example, I'm the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country. Because we're going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business, right?

And we're going to make it clear that we don't want to forget those people. Those people labored in those mines for generations, losing their health, often losing their lives to turn on our lights and power our factories.

Now we've got to move away from coal and all the other fossil fuels, but I don't want to move away from the people who did the best they could to produce the energy that we relied on."

So what is Trumps position on renewable energy? "We're going to make America great again". Is that it? He's selling nostalgia not a plan that uses technology is it is today, not 50 years ago.
What's the Koch brother's position on renewable energy? You don't need to look it up if you know what business they are in.

Yes, unfortunately people need to make the decision to work in a coal mine, learn a new job or go on welfare. I know what I would do. They say the average person changes careers 7 times. Although I find that hard to believe.

Why don't you think coal miners will look for other work, move to seek employment elsewhere or learn new skills? Don't you trust them? How many times have you changed careers?

NOW the average person changes career 7 times. It used to be 1...now it's 7...do you think it's a good thing for people to lose the stability they once had? What exactly IS a "career"? A waiter, bartender, landscaper, where is the line drawn these days? I did many jobs when I was young, I didn't consider them a career, are they now?

What happens in the 4 years (at least, if they're miners, my guess is they didn't have many personal options) it takes then to become "technical"? I'm assuming a degree is required? Do we pay for their family living expenses too?

I think the government should stay out of things unless absolutely necessary.

I knew she said that. Most knew she said that. Does anyone else know she said this too?

I believe that what you are doing is adding the more expanded version which she stated a few days after she initially said that she was going to be putting a lot of coal-miners out of business et al.
Once the rock throwing started she found a venue to " expand " on her original statement by trying to claim that she could put them all back to work with " clean energy jobs ".
A giant lie but hey -- what difference does it make anyway ! NONE . Because her last name is CLINTON !

Election Betting Odds now have Clinton at a 73.8 percent chance of being the next President.

Trumpster is limping along at 23 percent possibility.

So the election is in the bag for your candidate . So why don`t you take a break from posting on this site . Why waste the energy ?

Since the outcome of the election is inevitable and you are confident that it is so then the only reason for you to continue posting on this site is to incite conflict and harass others .

If, you recall, TRUMP said he gave money to the CLINTONS because as a businessman he wanted to have their ear. ACCORDING TO THE WASHINGTON TIMES, the KKK also gave 20,000 to HILLY's campaign.

President OBAMA-the cause of why we are where we are
has decided to fly about North Carolina in AIRFORCE ONE.
First of all that is not his plane it belongs to THE TAX PAYERS. A guess it added YET ANOTHER MILLION TO THE
10 TRILLION DOLLAR OBAMA OVERDRAFT.

If its the taxpayers plane why don't you take it on your next vacation?

Typical repub thinking, let the electric companies pollute the air so they can make millions while the population suffers. Would you see any of the fat cats living next to one of these plants? Just like global warming the repubs have their head in the sand.

In context: Hillary Clinton’s comments about coal jobs | PolitiFact (http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2016/may/10/context-hillary-clintons-comments-about-coal-jobs/)

So what did Clinton say about putting coal miners out of work? We decided to look at the full context.

She made the comment during a March 13 CNN Town Hall. Journalist Roland Martin asked, in effect, why should poor white people vote for her.

In her response, Clinton did say that she would be putting coal companies out of business, as a result of moving toward renewable energy sources. But she followed that by saying she wanted to create new economic opportunities for current coal workers, possibly spurred by clean energy development.

Here are her full remarks, with the most relevant parts in bold:

Look, we have serious economic problems in many parts of our country. And Roland is absolutely right. Instead of dividing people the way Donald Trump does, let's reunite around policies that will bring jobs and opportunities to all these underserved poor communities.

So for example, I'm the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country. Because we're going to ........

You said the same thing about OBAMA, lets see what was bush 43 unemployment rate.

"When Obama assumed office, the unemployment rate was still rising sharply. It topped out at 10 percent in October 2009, hovering just below that level for the next year, before beginning a steady decline at the end of 2010 that has persisted into early-2016 and breaking through the 5 percent mark at the beginning of 2016."

If you are SO concerned about air pollution, then stop driving your car and operating your electric golf cart - which probably receives its electrical charge indirectly from a coal-fired electric plant.

According to the economists, during Bush's two terms, he had what they consider NO UNEMPLOYMENT, it was so low. That was until his last two years when congress was dominated by the Democrat majority.

Obama not only has had the worst GDP growth of any previous president in history, but he also has the highest rate of NON-employment of work age citizens. If you count those that quit the work force with the one registered for unemployment, he has a record high unemployment.

He also has a record number of food stamp recipients.

SO, before inserting your foot in your mouth and getting rebuffed, you might want to check the veracity of the liberal talking points you are using.

Extensive travels and the signing of documents doesn't count for much in my opinion. I look at the the lack of results during his tenure: Syria, Egypt, Lybia, Iran, Afgahanistan, worsening relationships with Russia, China, Israel and Great Britain to name just a few.

Rick Steves has also traveled the world extensively, maybe he should be our next President. He seems to be as qualified.

You liberals like to distort and pervert every fact to suit you. I was went to Bangladesh to assist in Powell's visit and he used the proper communication equipment that was set up for him. This is not about using the Internet for basic business, but using the Internet to transmit CLASSIFIED Information. NO OTHER SECSTATE did that but Hillary. So, get it right and quit attempting to defend the traitorous felon. She has NO excuse for what she did, and should be incarcerated right now. No one else would get away with the serious crimes she perpetrated. This is nothing but corruption at the highest level. It's embarrassing to America and Americans.

Speaking of dumb answers.
Trump, seeking GOP unity, has tense meeting with Senate Republicans

Rep. Mark Sanford (R-S.C.) left the meeting worried about Trump’s grasp on the basics of the Constitution. At a lunch with reporters afterward, he recalled that the candidate did not seem to know what he was promising to defend.

“I wasn’t particularly impressed,” Sanford said. “It was the normal stream of consciousness that’s long on hyperbole and short on facts. At one point, somebody asked about Article I powers: What will you do to protect them? I think his response was, ‘I want to protect Article I, Article II, Article XII,’ going down the list. There is no Article XII.”

Sorry party, yes. Why? Because we have become no better than the liberals. Trump has brought an increase in voter turnout by 60%. Trump beat out 16 good candidates fair and square. Trump is known to get the job done. He may be a bull in a china shop, but he IS effective. Cannot say that much for Romney or the other establishment elite. If the establishment is smart they will grab hold of his coat tails and ride the tidal wave. If not, then they deserve to fall behind and die out. The GOP has been losing because it has been forced by the media to be more "like" the left. More PC, more buying of votes, to look pathetic. The left are blood sucking leaches and they should be exposed to the light and held in the fire.

Even though I did not like Trump or vote for him in the primary, he has my vote now more than ever. He is what the country needs right now to shake it up and wake it up. There are way too many addicted losers in our country that need to be held accountable. We really DO need to make America great again, and as much as I hate to say it, Trump is probably the only one that can take the pilot's seat and steer us back on course. It's time for die hard Republicans to either get with it or get off the pot, because America can not abide complacency.

How man classified documents has Trump given to uncleared personnel?

Just another poorly thought out liberal idea that wastes taxpayer money, especially when one considers the poor return on investment.

"Among first-time, full-time undergraduate students who began seeking a bachelor's degree at a 4-year degree-granting institution in fall 2007, the 6-year graduation rate was 58 percent at public institutions, 65 percent at private nonprofit institutions, and 32 percent at private for-profit institutions."

No. Tuition costs at community colleges are far less than those of universities and the degree completion rates are also much lower, so not I don't see the correlation between cost and completion.

Tuition is only part of the cost of receiving an education. One also has to consider the cost of room and board.

I completed my BA degree in 2 years and 9 months, because I couldn't afford to attend an additional year.

Based on recent statistics, students can't even complete a 4-year degree in 6 years.

Hint: If you want to reduce your total cost of attend college, complete your degree requirements in the shortest amount of time possible.

I think when tuition is $40k a year it does affect drop out rate.

My wife got her degree in 2 years 9 months. Our thought was not only did you save a years tuition, you also made an extra years salary. That's when tuition was only $350/year at a state college or $450 at a state university.

My granddaughter will have completed her first two years of college with an associates degree by the time she finishes high school. And when she continues her college education, it won't be the government that pays for it. It will be her parents and if necessary, me. She is motivated and will do fine. The reason for the drop out rates is not how difficult college is. It isn't. It's because many would rather party, some drop out to get married and some just loose their motivation. There is a lack of self-reliance and self-discipline in Americans now. The easier it becomes to have a decent lifestyle, the lazier and less motivated our citizens become.

Hillary is catering to Bernie's voter base, by lying. She is also catering to the blacks right now by telling everyone that whites need to listen to them. There is a petition that has gone to the president to deem Black Lives Matter as a Terrorist Group. Obama says they are like our historic patriots, but he fails to realize that the protesters he associates them with were NOT violent and they did not advocate the murdering of the police. Hillary is catering to the BLM cretins, and it will likely backfire on her. There is also a majority that believe that she should be indicted and they have a petition with double the needed signatures already. So, keep tuned in because Hillary and Obama are about to find out that they are loosing their popularity real fast. Americans may be ready to believe a lot of shysters and be fooled some time, but after a while they start to realize they have been conned.

I think Ben Franklin said it best:

“I am for doing good to the poor, but...I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. I observed...that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer.”

I love that quote, thanks for sharing. It aptly illustrates the fundamental problem with our liberal progressive friends. When the civil rights movement first started, their mantra was level the playing field and create equal opportunity. Im all for that. Over the last decade this has evolved to equal outcome. Our society has progressed from a merit based system to one based on social justice where the poor are told they are poor because you are "wealthy" and privileged and not due to any lack of effort on their part. In the name of social justice, it has become the obligation of the privileged to give stuff to the less privileged so they can have the same outcome. Today we call Ben's sage advice "The soft bigotry of low expectations." We should be giving "hand ups, not hand outs" JMHO

― Benjamin FranklinFranklin owned two slaves, George and King, who worked as personal servants,

The times were different. Some will think they were better back then.

Times ARE different...but attitudes remain the same.

Since it's expensive to apply to Harvard only the kids that have a shot apply. Of those kids only 6% get in.
So the question is, as a student of hard knocks were you aware of that?

Of course I'm aware of that. Once you're in, you're in. It doesn't matter if you work hard and master the material or if you skate.
The outcome is the same. So, is it fair that those who skate have same grades and opportunities as those who work hard and bust their butts?
There are a lot of students who are enrolled based on who they are, not what they accomplished.

What, if anything, does your post have to do with Ben Franklin's quote about helping the poor, then or now?

Obama seems to be the exception to that rule. An excellent example of Affirmative Action.

Sure, but how about Obama first? It's only been close to 8 years and he still hasn't revealed his transcripts. Not that I care. His actions speak for his intelligence....below par.

Nor has a single person ever said " yes I was a classmate of his ". None . Nada .

Not at Undergrad and not at Law School . He seems to have been a " ghost student " at both schools .

Obama's past!

That's OK he is black and makes promises....period end of subject and extent of his ability.

For some (blacks) he is a poor excuse of a black representing only his needs....just ask him.

A Regressive trying to practice his Saul Alinsky tactic of turning or diverting the question. As for IQ, Jimmy Carter was the President of modern times with the highest IQ. Jimmy Carter also ended his term of office with a 12 point higher approval rating than GW Bush.

Funny how you mention Saul Alinsky. He really is a favorite of the left. Ask Hillary. She wrote all about him and considered him a mentor.

Jimmy Carter may have been in the High IQ area but he sure screwed the pooch when it came to leading this country. Wow, until Obama came along, Jimmy war reigning at the top of worst president list. He was a failure, but I am interested in hearing how the left is going to defend his terrible policies. I remember the long gas lines and the highest mortgage interest rates in history. Inflation was sky high. Worst years I can remember. And then that Iran fiasco, was the cherry on top of his big pile of manure called a one term wonder.

Bush approval rating? Is that supposed to mean something. Bush also had the highest approval rating in history during his presidency. Obama has never reached that level and he is supposed to have such a fine rating. Ratings are personality contests Obama is a wannabe entertainer and spends as much of his time on TV attempting humor as he can get away with. And he does get away with a lot. Obama is a disgrace and I will cherish 20 Jan, no matter who wins.

I've seen many high IQ individuals in the ranks of the homeless. And I have seen many wealthy average IQ folks. It all has to do with motivation and imagination.

Bingo...but there IS a lower limit below which you can't reasonably exist without help. A lot of the inner city minorities fit this scenario.

Agree that Carter was a terrible President!

GW Bush exited office with a 22 percent approval rating. Bush was a very mediocre President.

Obama's current rating is around 53 percent. The stock market is 18,500 now as compared with around 7,000 when Bush left office. Unemployment is 4.8 percent. Obama will go into history as a very good President.

Saul Alinsky was a brilliant man and a good man. He belonged to the Universal Unitarian Church. I am proud to have known him as a friend.

It's ALL lies! It was BOUGHT with over $10 TRILLION ($10,000,000,000,000) of debt. Obama DOUBLED the national debt in just 8 years. He'll go down with the likes of Nixon, for his destruction by taking us off the gold standard, Obama went nuts with the debt...too nuts. We spend over $600,000,000,000 a year in interest payments alone. $1800 PER US citizen, every man woman and child. He may have bankrupted us. We're definitely insolvent, we take out new loans to pay the old loans, plus we take out new loans to pay the current bills. The US is actually the poorest country if you count debt.

Inner city minorities are doing worst due to our help. If you want to help them, allow them to help themselves. Don't do it for them, or they will be constrained to the crutch the rest of their lives. Open the doors but make it up to them to walk through those doors. Give them the pride of doing it themselves, not the resentment of you forcing them to do something because you believe you know what is best for them. Make it their decision to better themselves, not yours. Otherwise, you get resentful and bitter people such as Obama.

They CAN'T take care of themselves. Isn't it obvious? Look how they live...everywhere. They're ALWAYS at the bottom...always. There is not ONE place with them as the majority that is a safe and pleasant place to live...not one.

The "solution" is to have as few or any of them living with us as possible. Shoulda sent them ALL away back to Africa.

You are one of the most ignorant retards I have ever heard admit to being stupid. No offense meant. That is exactly how you sound.

Unemployment is low because everyone gave up and quit looking for a job. The real unemployment is over 20%. Obama may have some fooled but when they check the facts they will realize that he is nothing but a con man put in place by Affirmative Action. He is a failure. Food stamp recipients are record high. GDP growth is so low that there has never/NEVER been another president in history where the growth never reached 3%. I can go on and on about it, but you are either too blind or too stupid to comprehend the truth.

Saul Alinsky a "brilliant man?" Are you a communist or an anarchist? His ways are totally Anti-American. If you think he is great then you don't deserve to live in America.

So, I have to believe that you are just being facetious, because there is NO ONE other than maybe Hillary that is that stupid. Maybe Obama. At any rate, only Anti-Americans, haters of the Constitution would endorse Alinsky. But, you probably know that.

Chump would be an unmitigated disaster, not just domestically...but on the world stage.

His comments about NATO has already reverberated around the world as someone who is clueless at best...dangerously deranged at the worst.
