As a former University Professor and Administrator, let me assure you, any University can in a heartbeat, produce a transcript that shows he is a great student. It is very easy for that to happen, believe me. Grades are on a transcript, on tape or on paper, an administrator can go to the file, make the changes, they are probably working that angle right now. A transcript can be as phony as a fake drivers license or a fake marriage certificate, it does not mean that it is valid and you cannot prove it is false, relax, you cannot verify, no way, ever, they have it covered. !!!!!!!!! bbbbbb
