I'm wondering if Hillary and the DNC have real cause for celebration. It’s true that team Hillary was let off the hook, but at what cost. There were 3 possible scenarios open to FBI director Comey.

1. He could have recommended an indictment in which case Hillary would resign and the DNC would nominate either Sanders who polls much better than Trump or Biden who would absolutely crush Trump. Bad for Hillary good for DNC.

2. He could have simply said the FBI found no evidence of wrongdoing during her tenure at State and then provide no details. This would have completely exonerated her and would have been the best scenario for Hillary and the DNC. I’m sure the administration is none too pleased that he didn’t do this.

3. What he did was provide a laundry list of her transgressions. He totally destroyed the veracity of her previous public statements regarding her e-mails. This plays right into the narrative that she is above the law and is a liar. Every time Trump calls her “crooked,” voters will remember this episode.

This is the best possible outcome for Trump and the RNC and why I consider it a pyrrhic victory for Hillary. At this point, the RNC would be wise to leave it alone and let Trump take on Hillary.

It isn't in the RNC or the Republican House to be wise. You have to know that the House is going to have hearings about Hillary lying under oath. They were going in that direction with the questions that they Comey.

Comey really laid the wood to Trump with his statements about a "rigged" game. In essence saying, that calling the outcome as rigged as beyond stupid.

Hillary has an out with all the hearings and unproven charges against her as being nothing but political.

This election will come down to the debates. She has an advantage against him, because he can't help himself. His name calling as childish as it is will never stop. Hopefully people will want substance to the candidate's positions, and not just a bunch of empty words.

Really? She lied to Congress. Let's see how that unfolds.

Director Comey also indirectly intimated that the Clinton Foundation may also be under investigation.

What many do not see or comprehend is that Hillary was guilty of giving highly classified information to UNCLEARED personnel. She gave a drive with classified information to her lawyer. The classified was NOT secured properly and we do not know who or how many UNCLEARED had access to it. That is a felony. That is exactly what Petraeus was convicted of, only he only gave out the lowest level classified information, Confidential.

The other point that everyone seems so hyped about is that she lied under oath. Big deal, so did her husband when he was impeached and got off with a slap on the wrist.

Within one day of the FBI results, the public opinion polls trounced on Hillary, giving Trump the edge. It may not be much right now, but it could be enough to eat away at her base until the results of her Tax Fraud investigation is revealed. Then, the DNC will be scurrying for another candidate in a hurry.
