Golf Membership Enhancement for Renters

I was just looking at the Golf Enhancement Packages on TV's website.

Are these packages what are also referred to as "Golf Priority Packages" and are they available to renters who have paid the $50 ID fee, (plus the extra package fee, of course)?

Could someone post a link to that website or direct me to a description of the "Golf Priority Packages"? I could not find any mention of it on thevillages.com or thevillages.net.

I will be spending March 2009 in TV and may be interested in this. Thanks.
