We had a beautiful flower arrangement on our front porch this morning saying
> Happy Birthday Mom from Bob and Nikki.
>
> Only problem is we dont know Bob and Nikki and we dont have a birthday.
> No flower shop name on it either.
> :-)
> If you know Bob & Nikki, please call us and pick it up.
> Thanks.

Could one of your neighbors recently had a birthday and their children, Bob and Nicki, sent flowers?
If I were you, I would start asking my neighbors if they recently had a birthday or if they have any children named Bob or Nicki.

They did ask the neighbors. Also sent out an email to everyone in the neighborhood. No luck.

Possibly the same house number on one street over? We have this happen with our mail sometimes.

Did the card must have had the name of the company who sent them? I would call them and verify the address on file.

Sunglow, I tried searching google maps, and district.org and could not find a similar named street, or one that sounded the same. Feel sorry for "mom", good luck on your quest.

One other thing that is strange is I have never seen a local flower shop just leave flowers on the front porch of a home. They normally make sure someone is home. Were these delivered by 1800flowers? in a long box left on the porch and you had to put them in water?

I wouldn't do a single thing about it. When Nikki and Bob ask Mom how she enjoyed the flowers, the ball will start rolling and resolution will be up to the florist.

That's funny. We once received a box of oranges and grapefruits from one of those Florida citrus gift thingies, no note, no card, but clearly had our name and address on it. I called the merchant but they didn't have a clue.

Just keep them and enjoy them. The kids, mom and the flower shop will eventually figure it ouet
