I want to learn more on the ways of cremation. Had a meeting with Neptune Society and they seem to be a well equipped organization. Just wanted to get other opinions. Thanks.:bigbow::bigbow:

Check the paper, there are seminars often by some of the other funeral/cremation organizations. We went to a few, chose one.

Recently used Beyers Funeral Home on 441 Lady Lake. Very satisfied with their
Services. Tony Kamus was my director.

I have utilized the services of "All Faiths" located across the plaza from El Ranchito in the historic area. Three of my neighbor's used them. No complaints from neighbors and I was satisfied. I checked into Neptune and their price was higher because, at least at that time, disposal of ashes at sea was included. Since that was not in our final planning, I figured that I would just be subsidizing those that chose that in their plans.
A funeral home will generally offer a room (at a price) for a memorial service and the cremation societies do not. Two of us had a gathering at our homes, one used a recreation center and one had a military service at Bushnell.
It is a personal decision....whatever brings you comfort .
