Golf card led lights

I just had led low and high beans lights put on my golf card and when I put my radio on it gets stic on the fm .

Number 2
When I put my foot down on the gas petal it don't go and the radio go's off and then it go's could it be the battery the golf card is 4 years old.

#-1 You may need to relocate the antenna.

#- 2 You battery may need replacement at that age and # 1 issue could be related to weak battery.
