I need some thoughts and recommendations on pest control services. Who is the best and most reasonably priced. This is for in the home pest control. Thanks

Sorry but I do my own and use professional strength chemicals and roach baits. If I were using a pro I would use a single operator and not a big company.

Good luck on one reasonably priced that does a good job. We tried many, none were cheap but the one that has been best in keeping pests out of the house has been Massey. I have friends that love Deans also.

superior service didn't do a good job for us and we fired them.
they have young kids that don't know squat and frequently change employees.
Beware in my opinion.

Haha! Well, just goes to show you that all of these "service" type businesses have their ups & downs. We (like JoeJohnson above) have Superior Services and have had zero issues/problems. Yes, they have some "trainees" along with the main crew at times, but that's actually a good sign I think, that they're being serious about how they grow/maintain their workforce. At any rate....just like Yelp & TripAdvisor reviews for restaurants, for every 4-5 Star review, there are a few 1-2 Star reports.

I'd be willing to try Superior and let them show you what they can do. Oh, I should mention that we use them for everything, not just indoor pest control, so we see a wider range of their services and crews. Good luck!!

They are a Family Owned and Operated, licensed and insured.

I have never had an issue with them reliable and honest.:plane:

Massey is the best! I have used them for five years. If I ever see a roach in the house, it will be dying due to having crossed their barrier. That has just happened maybe once a year!

Do not cheap out and do it yourself.

Does Massey do yards? Or are they strictly inside pest control?

Massey does pest control outside as well as inside. They use both a spray and a granular herbicide, fungicide and insecticide on the beds and yard.

We do it ourselves and it is easy and very inexpensive. There are many Do-it yourself stores in the area.

Bottle of Talstar P concentrate runs around $30 and a sprayer from walmart is about $6. The bottle lasts about 3 years. mixing 2 oz per gallon, and using about 3 gallons on a 2000 square ft home. I also spray the bushes for mosquitos so I use lots of spray.

Every 4 months or so spray the outside perimeter and every 6 months spray the inside of the house.

Outside kills the bugs before they get in..... but Talstar P is safe for indoors and I spray the baseboards just to be sure nothing gets past.

No bugs here...... Easy peasey.....give it a try....

Massey is good on home pest control. However some of their lawns appear to be lacking.
I've also heard a lot of good things about Deans.
