2008 club car runs sluggish

I have a club car that moves real slow, the speed sensor is new, the mcor is new, what else can i check?

Check total battery pack voltage and also individual battery voltage. 52 volts for pack 8.7 volts each battery.
Possible motor brushes worn down.
Most likely need to hook up cart programmer to get proper fault code reading.
