Hey the Big Media were all predicting major floor battles within the GOP Convention . What happened ?
They also waxed on about massive protests in the streets !
Yet there was nothing worth reporting .
How could the smartest and coolest blow-dried men and women in the USA be so wrong .
Notice that you didn`t hear a word out of them observing how very wrong they were about what would be taking place in Cleveland .
Of course they are not predicting any such things to take plce in Philly next week . All is to be hearts and flowers and " Bobble- Heads " in unison .
But watch out ---- it may not go exactly as planned . Ket`s see how much coverage the street protests get from the Big TV and Papers .

Fewer protests than expected as Republican National Convention wraps in Cleveland | Fox News (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/07/21/fewer-protests-than-expected-as-republican-national-convention-wraps-in-cleveland.html)
Maybe Trump moved up his America is Now Safe Day from Jan 20th to last Sunday. That's why there were virtually no demonstrations. The country would look more dangerous if there were more demonstrations. Did a bus load of Villagers go up there to help keep the safety?

Yes, a busload of angry old white farts went there to ensure safety - but, being old Villages farts, they forgot the way and ended up in Tijuana watching a donkey show and thinking they were at Katie Belle's.

Do you know what a "donkey show" is? Pretty strange reference from a woman. A "Donkey Show" is a woman up on stage getting VERY intimate with the private parts of a donkey. Bet she could pop out a kid and not even notice, she's so stretched out. I think they would know they're not a Katie Belles.

You're right that the villagers got lost and ended up across the border. But, once they realized that the woman on the stage with the donkey was Hillary, they all threw up barf and had to be medivac'd to the villages hospital to be treated for shock.

Well, it seems as though the old Villages geezers know what a donkey show is from their first hand experience.
They also believe they can tell the sex of a poster.
Are they right or not?

This forum keeps getting better and better. Post after post out embellishes a donkey show thread. And oh no! a donkey is the symbol of the Democratic party. And Tijuana will soon get a wall, maybe. Keep it coming, please.

I should head over to the Travel Forum and relate some T.J. tales from back in the day. Or maybe not.

Few people seemed all that interested in the RNC.
The ratings were very low and it seems like a lot of the businesses in Cleveland hoping to make money off of the crowds were sourly disappointed.

I bet that makes you feel great, right? I wonder if it had anything to do with the far left radicals hindering everyone outside. Or, I wonder if you might be making your own story up to make yourself feel better about how good this convention was and how it has put the whole DNC on defense.

Business was bad because it was not well attended. TV ratings were also down.
I thought it was one last dig to the old guard when Trump played the Rolling Stones song ending the night --You can't always get what you want.

No facts at all.
Just parroting what the talking points issue for the day tell you to say.
I wonder where all the folks in the convention center stayed and ate?
I wonder wher the thousands of law enforcement stayed and ate.
And yes we could wonder where the dem protestors stayed and ate....however they probably did not sdd much as box lunches and a piece of cardboard for sleeping were issued by the party.
Parroting what you have no idea about is not a good thing to do. Makes one appear stupid in the face of reality.

Yes, protesters do eat. However, the venders left when the protesters attempted to pay by food stamps and EBT's.
I thought the last song of the night was dedicated to Hillary, "Purple people eater." by Ray Stevens.
