Hello, on Saturday nights very hard rain I found some :confused:water in the enclosed lanai. Don't know if the water came in under the door or underneath the siding. I think I may need a general contractor to inspect the siding area to make sure there is no water damage. It is a small area underneath the windows. Does anyone know a trusting contractor that I could contact. Thank you very much.

Brian Terry has been one of TV's trusted contractors. If there's a leak under the siding and it's not addressable under your Villages warranty, I'd call BT to come out and take a look. If anyone knows how to remove and inspect vinyl siding installation, it's him.

If you want an independent review, Fran D'angelo is excellent 352-250-7818. I and several of my neighbors have used him for home inspections.
Using a contractor, he has a vested interest in finding something so he has a job.
JMHO, hope this helps.
