Does anyone have experience with stem cell treatments? I am particularly interested in knees treatments.

My neighbor had two treatments (the second one was free because the first did not work). She is now scheduled for knee replacement with Dr. Nguyen.

US FDA Issues Warning Letter to Stem Cell Treatment Centers - Publications -

My questions would be who is skilled enough to be doing this? Some of the procedures I have heard about locally make me blink. Some swear it helps. My knees aren't killing me....yet. I may change my mind.

I think they can work but outcome is determined by the skill of the provider. It is necessary to do due diligence as for any medical procedure.

There was a very good letter to the editor (in the unnamed news source) about 3 weeks ago, and a more recent editorial. In any case the writers suggested LOTs of caution as this type of procedure is not FDA approved nor are the treatments.
Please do lots of research, on KNOWN valid websites (FDA, etc.) to confirm what ever you get told.

I speak from experience when I say that stem cell treatment does work. My husband had stem cell treatment performed in the Dominican on his heart and five months post treatment, his heart was back to normal. Why the Dominican? Because they do a procedure which is not FDA approved in the states. Why not? Because the drug companies can't get their piece of the pie. Willing to share echocardiogram results with anyone who wants to see the changes.
