In the day of the Internet, why does anyone need a travel agent--in the old days , when I used a travel agent I used get champagne & a gift basket sent to my stateroom

Two thumbs down for Legendary Travels!!

We traveled with them for a trip to Italy and then a Trans-Atlantic cruise back to Florida.

The hotels they used in Italy were supposed to be 3 or 4 star hotels but were no better than tourist class. Several couples had signed up (and paid for) excursions that were cancelled due to floods. Legendary Journeys would not refund the money but just told them to put in a claim on travel insurance when they got home.

I use Cru-Con whenever I book a cruise. I get perks like pre-paid gratuities and on-board credits from Cru-Con as well as the included perks from Celebrity.
