Metal Shelving & Epoxy Floor

Just had garage floor epoxied and want to know if you have metal shelving units do you put something under the legs of unit, if so what did you use?

I agree but my husband would like to keep it looking good and is afraid that the metal and weight will effect it.

If you have existing shelving, check and see if these can be fitted with nylon sliders. If not you might try the furniture sliders (I have several collecting dust if you are interested). If you are buying new cabinets, get ones with wheels or nylon sliders. I bought Husky brand from Home Depot. They come unassembled, but are very nice and very good construction.
