Yamaha 2014 EFI golf cart ?

I bought the above golf cart in Feb of this year.

We have been gone for a couple of weeks and my daughter tells me the battery is dead. Will not take a charge.

I talked to the dealer and they said it is possible to have thw "smart stick" (turn signal/light switch) on the wrong setting.

There are three settings.
One for head lights low/high beam.

One in the middle which is blank.

The third one is like a little square symbol which I have no idea what it is for.

I have been keeping it in the middle/blank one.

I have been unable to find anything in the owners manuals that are available.

I did not ask the dealer as I did not want to appear stupid or possibly indicate using the wrong setting.

Do you know anything about the different settings?

All though the head lights and signals may be wired wrong " I doubt it" the battery should be able to be charged after being discharged.
Have you tried charging the battery with a 12 volt charger?
You may just need a new battery if it does not take a charge.
