View Full Version : Comcast Pixilation today 8/3/16

I live in Ashland Village and getting very bad pixilation on all channels. anyone else having this issue tonight 8/3/16? I called them and they reset the box swapped out hdmi cable and power cycled everthing on my end. earliest apointment is Sunday the 7th

I had that happen once and it turned out it wasn't the cable but I needed to reset my TV. You may want to check that. Hope this helps

Thanks I reset the TV picture is clear untill I connect cable back to it than Pixilation returns. connected older tv same thing so it looks like box or outside signal. just wondering if it is just my service or if others are having same issue. Thanks

Had the TV on most of the day. No problems with Comcast. Can you just take the cable box into the office on 441 and switch out?

Just when you think Comcast has violated every possible billing abuse to its customers it comes up with just one more. This time I was told if I agreed to a paperless billing my rate for the internet would remain the same. WRONG. I agreed and for 1 month it stayed the same and then the next (current) bill came and not only did they not honor the rate but increased it and charged a penalty because they failed to use the paperless billing. When I spoke to them the answer was they billed the higher rate and penalty in error BUT and now get this:"but would I agree to pay the higher rate for one month and then they would again reduce it to the prior lower rate but credit me for the penalty". If this sounds crazy it is. In their opinion it is easier for me to pay the extra $10 than for them to correct their records and error!! That is NUTS:shrug:
