Need referrals for real estate attorneys

Friend of ours need real estate legal advice from sources not tied to the developers.

They had a contract on a pre owned property that has fallen through due to the party purchasing their home in another state could not come up with financing.

They need advice on how to recover their deposit.

I used Boyette, Cummins (BCN Law) u on RT 466 just east of Morse Blvd above Sumpter Landing to handle our closing...preferred legal representation since it was a FSBO rather than just a title agency. They did a decent job and I would use them again.
