I'm sure I could call but its more fun writing and receiving "true" answers.
How many Lifestyle Visits are you allowed to signup for. We were at TV last November for 4 short days and it wasn't enough. We plan on returning and hopefully move there. We know, and have looked into renting but the benefits and perks of the Lifestyle visit warrent my asking. Thanks in advance for your response.

I have been there 3 times and am planning a 4th time next month. I may be wrong, but I don't think there is a limit.

I came on a Lifestyle visit in 2004.
When I wanted to come back in 2006 for a 2nd the said they only allow 1,

B U T

I was accomodated with lifestyle t-times and a little break on the rent of a Spanish Springs villa.

I did not get any extra Villages dollars that they were using at the time nor coupons.

Of course at the time houses were selling like HOTCAKES.

And now more like liver and onions.

I think it depends upon who takes the call. I called to schedule our second visit and the person in Guest Services who took the call told me that we could only come once. But then she spoke to our sales rep the story changed and we were scheduled with no problem.

I personally know of several people who have enjoyed more than one Lifestyle Preview visit. I have always wondered if the second and third visits might be directly related to the sales department's assessment of a visitor's income and ability to buy real estate. They do ask some probing questions at the time of registration (in a friendly way, of course).

it's a marketing thing, not a hard and set rule,
if they sense you're looking for free vacations, I'm sure they'd nix it,
if they think you're a serious buyer, they'll allow it,

really doesn't cost them much at all once the capital is put in place

Home sales in TV have actually been up 20% in Dec and Jan vs previous Dec and Jan. Not like hotcakes ( unless you compare to most other areas of the country) but certainly not like liver and onions

We were told one also, but someone here (on TOTV) told us to call our sales rep.
It worked! She made it happen.

We just scheduled our second lifestyle visit for April. I agree with the previous poster who said if the agent thinks you are a serious buyer and not just looking for a cheap vacation, the agent can schedule more than one visit. I really don't think there's a hard and fast rule as to a limit but I do think there would be an eventual limit.

We are scheduled for our third visit in April The sales rep knows we will eventually purchase a home, it is a matter of time. Just like a lot of folks, need to sell. Putting the house up for sale on March 1, will see what happens. We are looking at potential lots in April. We are bringing six other friends, two have been with us before the other four are new to the Villages. Maybe that is why they let us, but I agree if you are a potential serious buyer, they will let you return. It is really all in who you talk to and if they see you as a future resident. Hope to see some of you at the Lifestyle cottages in April.

hi, we went twice; the first time just out of curiousity; who knew what TV was all about? The second time because we were serious, and we bought during that visit. Our sales agent made it happen.

We stayed in Janaury 09. We just called our sales rep and said we need to come back in April to look at more houses and it was set up the same day we called.
