does anyone have the amazon fire sick programmed with kodi? if so....does it work well? do you have to keep updating the program? is there buffering during movies and sports events? is 40mbps int. speed fast enough for stick to work? thx for your help

It will take some tech savvy to load kodi on the fire stick as it isn't available in the App Store. It's not too bad, but there's a list of instructions to follow.

Also keep in mind that many of the kodi add-ons are illegally providing links to copyrighted material and TV stations.

40mps is plenty.

Piracy is NOT a victimless crime....

I probably should have made that point more of the emphasis of my post. It's unfortunate that people are selling these android boxes loaded up with KODI at flea markets, promising all the free TV and movies you want, with mentioning that nearly all of it is illegal.

The box itself is perfectly legal, but as soon as you click your first stream you are participating in piracy.
