Is that a cart path on the new 466 road work? If it is I can't figure out where it will be accessed.

That is the question! I know its a cart path, that is for certain. However even the ones building the path don't even know where its connectiog. Maybe its top secret and once implemented will cause a big fuss? There are people living here that think all of the villages is private!?
