Is it my imagination or does it seem like the drug counter staff at the Mulberry Walgreen's is a little snarly. My wife and I have made the observation on a number of occasions. I try to be really nice and friendly, but more often than not, get a rather terse reply. It never seems like they are happy to see those darned customers.

The front counter staff and the floor staff are all very cordial.

TH, you should use the Walgreen's in colony plaza. You couldn't get better help at the drug counter. They always have smiling faces.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS TH !!! Snarly? She's downright rude!!! A couple of years ago I had the "snarly blonde" there growl at me a number of times until I finally decided enough of this and took my business to Rolling Acres' Walgreens on Rte 441 until Walgreen's on Rte 466 opened. Can't imagine how she lasts there, she's soooo arrogant. We now use Publix at Southern Trace where they are soooo very friendly and cooperative with excellent service.

BTW, the pharmacist at Rolling Hills Walgreens knew all about this witch at Mulberry.

To be fair, I have seen some really, and I mean REALLY rude customers. I had to sit and wait about 45 minutes for a prescription last week and in that time 4 Villagers either yelled, cursed, or screamed at the counter help because their prescriptions weren't ready, the doctor did not approve the prescription, or they were told it wasn't time to renew the prescription. So let's cut them some slack.
