A significant portion of our live oak tree now hangs over the street. Who do we contact to find out what restrictions there are when having the tree pruned. We would love to cut it down, but know that it is not normally permitted.

A couple of people in the neighborhood trimmed theirs almost into oblivion. But it wasn't long before they grew back with a vengeance. That tree is a weed.
