Sell it yourself. McLin Burnsed will handle all paperwork and legal stuff for less than a thousand dollars.

YES, we found Mr. Foster at GRizzard Realty to be an outstanding person in his field. Example. Walk into a house, you like it, he says it is overpriced by about 20K so you wait and watch and sure enough when it drops the 20K it sells. He is great, flexible and pleasant and TRUTHFUL. NO BS TO GET YOU TO BUY OR SELL.

We used Nikki Perry who is with the Villages agency. Villages agents have access to more houses than other realtors. One weekend I flew down from Michigan to find a house since I had just sold my house up north. She found me five houses that met the criteria I specified and one of them was absolutely perfect. She gave me her undivided attention the entire day and by the end of it, we had an agreement signed by both parties. She also followed up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly and was kind enough to let the garage stairs installer, the inspector and assessor and others as needed in our house until we arrived a couple of weeks after the closing. She even did a walk through the day of the closing for us. She is fantastic!

Hi trying to answer your letter. Well, we have dealt with many realtors, at the Villages and also outside the Village.
So, to answer your specific question, we had dealings with Mr. Foster at Grizzard Realty and he is really great.
There is also by owner in the paper and also FSBO on the Internet. bbbbbb

I don't blame anyone for not wanting to list their property with The Villages. Not because they don't have a few good agents, but because of some of their practices and the way they do business. If the agents that work there have never been an actual "Realtor" (a member of a board of Realtors and the National assn. of Realtors) they don't have a clue and don't have to conduct their business by a strict code of ethics.
