I have taken one out for a test drive. It is very quiet and rode nicely. The rear suspension is new: independent struts. The body is now made of several pieces which will reduce cost if damaged. The cost went up slightly. They had a demo cart at The Villages Golf Cart Store in Brownwood. Not sure if it is still there. Might be one at Lake Sumter also. Call before going to make sure. I don't believe they will be delivering them for a month or so.

we drove the on in Colony. it rode smother than I think our 2010 carburator cart, but..

it didn't have a front window, so with the wind in your face and the noise from the wind in your ears, it was very hard to tell if it was quieter or not.

they said they will be getting a 2017 with a window sometime in september. We shall be waiting...

With the dual suspensions, I did think it rode softer...but the test cart also had the standard seats...so who really knows.

It is supposed to cost $1000 more than the 16's so its probably going to be worth it...

I have a 2015. Louder than I would like. Look forward to test drive to see if is a good time to trade.

It's been proven that electric vehicles with fake engine exhaust sound are safer.

I have driven the 2017. It was much quieter and was amazingly smooth. It is said to be only one decibel louder than the EZ-GO electric. I believe it.

Villages Golf carts in Brownwood is taking orders now. Currently there is a nine week wait for a custom build and that could increase as more orders come in. They have one (stripped down model) you can test drive. I was impressed.
