Buying a preowned home

When is the best time to buy a preowned home. I would imagine after the high season there would be more homes for sale.

Bought new in April, then November. Found our pre-owned in November. It's not so much of when to buy a pre-owned, it's when you find the house you love. I look at TVs Web everyday.
