B.S. he didn't say that until AFTER Trump was back in the States. You are attempting to make up things because Hillary is dropping further and further down in the polls. It won't do you any good. That Mexican can deny it all he wants, but if Trump starts taxing imports or whatever, to pay for the wall, what is this Mexican president going to do about it? Trump could even charge a fee for anyone entering the U.S. from Mexico. Mexico will still be paying for the wall.
