Obama Nominates Muslim Lawyer to Federal Court (http://nws.mx/2c5tuZh)
CNN has it also.
"President Barack Obama nominated a Muslim lawyer to serve as a U.S. District Court judge, the White House announced Tuesday, which if he is confirmed would make him the first federal jurist who practices the Islamic faith."
======
I wonder how he will be able to justify Constitutional law over Sharia Law, since he is a "practicing" Islamic.

I expect Obama did this to force the Republicans to block his choice. Obama's goal is to cost the Republicans votes.
It is an interesting game and OBAMA is a master player.
Our LIBERAL CONTROLLED PRESS makes it easy for him.

He is nothing more than he was before he came out of hiding in Illinois.
A black racist, muslim, islamic sympathizer.
He just happens to have a more visible stage and will media to get as much of his kind seeded throughout the government.
And nobody will challenge him because he is black. And the race ranters would be up in arms if anybody takes him to task for his incompetent actions.
January 8th cannot get here fast enough.

This is how it happens...the slow slide... Slowly, insidiously...
They're killing the country!
He is nothing more than he was before he came out of hiding in Illinois.

Exactly...it's akin to a big man challenging a little retarded girl...you just CAN'T do it. She can get away with whatever she wants. That's white response to black "infractions". Let it go, you don't want to cause a scene. And cause a scene they do! I've never seen a race that needed more attention.

Interesting. I thought and was always told that we the people of the USA had what they call freedom of Religion.
I wonder If we were a country that had more people of the Islamic faith we would be saying the same thing about somebody who practiced the Christian religion.
IS this person qualified for the job?
Is he an American?
Is he an American who supports our government?
I would think him being a Lawyer and have taken an oath to up hold the laws of the USA, that his religion should not make any difference.
Again in the USA we do have the Freedom of Religion, and no matter what religion he is should not matter
Is freedom of religion another freedom the Republicans want to take away from us?

So what freedoms have they taken away?
Freedom to vote?
Like the big wigs of the Col. Republican party did?
Did or didn't they not let the people of their own party vote for who they wanted their delegates to vote for at the National Convention in Cleveland OH.
The big wigs of the Republican party in COL. decided that THEY would be the ones to decide who their delegates to the National Convention and the people of the Republican party of COL. didn't even get a say.

Really?
That's your big gripe? Colorado delegates didn't get a "say" at the convention?
Can you say...myopic?

Try doing some traveling outside of the U.S. some day. Do you really think we would have a FREE country if we had a Muslim majority? If so, you are a fool. We are free BECAUSE of the Christians that came before us. You would be wise not to forget that. There will NOT be any liberals in this country if you lose the Christian majority. Only countries with a Christian majority enjoy the rights to a liberal view is one wishes. Think about that a bit.

It's the WHITE MAJORITY that makes a place great...lose THAT and it goes down hill. Always does. Name ONE country that "went dark" and got better.
Keep America great...keep America white!

First off, get an education that is at least equivalent to a GED so that you can communicate in a literate manner. I am interested in why you believe that I am not a Christian and also why you consider me to be a bigot for posting an article for discussion. But, you are obviously a liberal troll, be it an uneducated one.

If you are too stupid to pass on it, then what does that say about you? It is an article put on here to stimulate a discussion, not to please your fancy. If you choose to waste your time on here, that is up to you. Feel free to go back to your drinking.

Again, more ignorant posts. Rather than just labeling him as a Muslim you should actually look at his credentials and who he is as a person. But no, you have to look at it purely from a religious label and I imagine a racist standpoint. He's actually a much better person than you probably are.

No it's NOT an ignorant post...yours was.
Islam DEMANDS you follow certain laws.
This is no different than placing an Orthodox Jew there. When their religious laws and "our" laws, are conflicting...they MUST follow their religious law.
Personally, I don't want ANY "follower" of a religion in positions where judgement is required. In my opinion, they're ALL either insane or VERY naive. I mean...really? How can anyone actually believe that stuff...
The best is how they scoff at each other because the other guy is obviously CRAZY for believing what they believe. You're ALL crazy for believing that rubbish.
For 10%, I can "help" you.

I didn't label him anything. I posted the link and you jumped to the conclusion. Typical sensitive liberal. Now, that was me labeling. If you don't wish to participate in this discussion, you have my permission to leave.

Ah, so since you can't dispute the comment, you insult the poster. Typical. But, to answer your question; no I had plenty of money to spend, so I decided to give my wife a vacation home and it turned into our primary residence. Maybe that was due to The Villages having such good neighbors, being that they are a majority of conservatives. If too many liberals move in and lower my property value, I will simply relocate and find a minority to sell my home to. That should keep the peace in a liberal neighborhood.

Are you really that slow? Do you really speak out so ignorantly without knowing anything about the subject? The article says he is a practicing Islamic Muslim. Muslims generally believe in sharia law. Is that not a prudent question to make regarding sharia law's influence on his judgement? Or is that not PC enough for you? You can question Trump's motives but I can't question a Judge's? Do you take exception to every comment, or are you just a sensitive soul and can't help yourself?

So, you are judging me? You accuse me of making a judgement of others without knowing them and then you do the same to me? Ever heard the term of "hypocrite" before? Look in the mirror to see an example. There is absolutely nothing in the first post that suggests there is any racism involved. Since I have no idea what color the new appointee is, I sincerely doubt I could be accused of a racist remark pertaining to him. Of course, it is so easy for liberals that have such a limited vocabulary to misuse the term.
By the way, just an interesting side note. I do have a piece of WWII history in my possession. I once was friends with a Hungarian Countess that is now deceased. She had stories of standing up to the invading Nazis in her homeland. She gave me a propaganda booklet that had been passed out by the Nazis that had many photos of Hitler being greeted by civilians in countries he had invaded. I am sure that because I have that in my possession, you will consider me a white supremacist, right? Does my fighting commies in Vietnam and later Muslims in Iraq also make me a racist? You are free to have your opinion. It is a shame though that you can't be civil and just dispute or discuss an issue without making it personal.

I didn't say anything about him. I just called you out for your BS statement. YOU don't KNOW anything about him either.
IF he is a devout Muslim, he doesn't belong there. Just as a devout Orthodox Jew shouldn't be there. Or an Orthodox Christian. Religious views...if taken as gospel...WILL override "man's laws". Keep religion out...all of it.

That's what the women do...
It's the 99% white people that REALLY makes it nice.
Don't be a douche to the rest of us here. We need to learn from the Amish...just shun them. Make THEM move, not you, they're the "weirdos" here in "whiteville".

That what the ladies do.
They have NOTHING to defend their side...that's what makes their obsession with defending it so insane. They "feel" it's right, so it must be...with NO prognostication, no vision, as to the repercussions, the consequences.

NO my complaint is that the people of the COL. Republican party didn't get to have a say in who their delegates would vote for at the Convention.
The big wigs at the top of the State Republican party TOOK away the members right to VOTE YES their right to VOTE and have a say in who they wanted to be their nominee for president.
The republicans keep crying that the liberals WANT to take your rights away and what are the big wigs of the Republican party in COL. doing?
They ARE taking peoples right to vote for who they want to be their nominee for President.

Big deal. It would have turned out with the same results anyway. Trump beat the other 16 candidates easily, and fairly. He is the people's choice.

POINT way the big wigs of the COL. State Republican party took away the peoples RIGHT to vote and have a say in who they wanted to be the Nominee for President of the USA for their party.
