Software message

I have been playing Poker Stars ( Play money)online for years.
Now I cannot log on to their website?
I get a message that says "Rational Update Client software is preventing use of this site"?
Anybody know where this comes from and why?

I put your error message into Google, and it looks like this might be coming from the Poker Stars site. I did not go through all of the replies.
