Good news that wages have gone up and less people are living in poverty. No need to politicize this. I'm glad and hope the trend continues. We had it good, and having it good for others is what America is made of. Anyhow, here is the info:

Pure smoke and mirrors. The number of people clearly defined as being middle income has been on a steadily decline for the past 40 years. Just look around, poverty is rampant and the rich are getting richer. So, the middle income earners are doing better but there are a lot less of them. Sorry to burst the bubble makers bubbles...
