At least 15 of the Clinton Foundation’s corporate donors — representing $47 million in contributions — were able to win invitations to two or more official state dinners.

Significantly, the decision makers who authorized the special invitations were not at the White House at all, but were ensconced in the Department of State’s Office of Protocol. The protocol office, chosen by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is filled solely with long-time Clinton loyalists.

The Clinton Foundation spent $91.3 million but less than $5.2 on charitable grants. $34.8 million on salaries compensation and benefits $50.4 on other expenses and 851k on fund raising expenses.

Clinton's Global Initiative is a Canadian fund that receives all the foreign donations that they want to keep anonymous because Canada does not require them to report where the money comes from. Then the money is laundered and funneled to the Clinton Foundation where less than 10% actually goes to charity and the rest, more or less goes to operations/administration. That part includes paying salaries. The Clintons get paid by the foundation for "fund raising" speeches and appearances. It is the perfect money laundering and pay for play scheme.
