Illegal Aliens are criminals. All of them. Catch them, deport them and give them the choice of leaving their American born children here or taking them with them. If an illegal commits a crime in the U.S. put him in jail just like any other criminal. Don't depot him unless it is a non-violent, non-felony crime and leave it up to the judge whether he ought to be incarcerated or not.
Charge and prosecute any/ANY employers that knowingly hire an illegal.
Do not give an illegal health care, driver's license or any other benefit that is meant for AMerican citizens only.

I am a first Generation American, my parents came here when they were young, mom 4 dad was 12, neither spoke english BUT you would never know. You would never know my grandparents did not speak english. First thing on their list LEARN ENGLISH. My dad is gone and mom was too young to remember how the process worked, or just can't remember (she's 97 I give her a pass) as to how they became citizens. My dad was in the Army. WW2, We had a good life my point is they did it right, they followed the law, they came through Ellis Island and they followed the law. My grandparents found work and followed the LAW.

There is a lot of misinformation put out during an election season. If I sounded impatient, disregard the harshness of my abrupt reply above. I have traveled overseas about half my life and sometimes I forget that there are a lot of folks that have hardly even left their home state, let alone traveled abroad. A good site to get information when you travel and travel warnings is the State.gov website. Enjoy your travel but be careful. And don't worry about returning. You won't have a bit of trouble if you have a valid American passport.
