Trump is headed for a win, says professor who has predicted 30 years of presidential outcomes correctly

he explained how he comes to a decision. Lichtman's prediction isn't based on horse-race polls, shifting demographics or his own political opinions. Rather, he uses a system of true/false statements he calls the "Keys to the White House" to determine his predicted winner.

I certainly hope that you are not crushed when Trump wins by a landslide. Do you really think that anything that happens in a debate this late in the game will make a difference? How is Hillary going to get anyone to turn out to vote for her? Pay them? That's a possibility, considering Soros is her puppet master and quite rich.

yep, he beat 16 in the primaries several of which were better debtors than the crook.

She can run on the dem record......no there isn't one

She can run on the changes she'll make....nope there are none

She can attack Trump........let's see if that works

She can also collapse...:22yikes:

When she is asked about her health, emails & foundation if she still is capable of standing that long.....it will be interesting nite

Let's see...............Hillary can use the gender card and then she can play on everyone's sympathy because she is afflicted.......and damaged.

I doubt it will be enough to get her people out to vote though. Minorities think she is pathetic and a joke. Independents are voting for Trump. Married women are voting for Trump. A good chunk of the millennials are voting for Trump. I'm still trying to figure out who will vote for Hillary.?????????????????? Wait, I think I have it..........

I have predicted the winner in every Presidential election since 1960. It only means that one of us will be wrong this year.

Read the article though. Trump is a very unusual person running for President of the United States.

Wow, I hope some of you don't do something drastic when Trump wins by a landslide. There's got to be at least two Hellary supporters on here, and I would hate to see them go into deep depression when the The Donald crushes Hellary on Nov 8th.

I asked. Business leaders are predicting a depression next year, regardless of who might be elected. They said it is NOT Bush's fault this time. It's all on this administration. And much of it has to do with Obamacare failure.

I would bet money, that you were spewing the exact same prediction of a Republican win...in 2008 & 2012. ;)

So how did that work out for you? :1rotfl:

We're already there...50 million on food stamps (a soup line over 9,000 miles long), millions in section 8 housing...the depression is being hidden by $10 trillion in borrowing/spending given to the "poor".

While I, of course, have never said that I was mentally challenged...it is obvious that you must be and that I struck a nerve. :D

The use of that denigrating word (that other people here have to deal with every day with a loved one, or in your case your own self ;) )...simply exposes your crudeness, ignorance and crassness. :ohdear:

Which of course, makes you a typical and perfect...rabid Trump supporter.

You should be so proud of yourself. :ho:

I believe the he/she is unhinged and may do something drastic like indulge in a chocolate binge. It does not take much to set her off on a tangent of adjectives. Of course, being a schizo, she-he doesn't remember calling names and insists that someone else is doing the name calling. Mentally challenged, yes. I think I would probably diagnose her as suffering from a Schizoaffective disorder.

Democrats are NOT going to turn out to vote for Crooked Hitlery. There are some misinformed that might turn out, but at least a third are current on events and will not vote for a felon. The Clinton clan has one foot out the door, just waiting for a bit of a push.

I have asked 12 family members (Democrats) and they said they will either vote for Trump or not vote at all. This isn't the DemocratIC party of my old dad.

BS. I bet your husband is a closet deplorable and just doesn't want to listen to you screech when he tells you that he is voting for Trump. Doesn't matter anyway. Hitlery will only get about a third of the libtard voters to turnout to vote. No real man will vote for crooked hitlery. Only a fool that doesn't care about law and order would vote for a felon.

"On Happening Now today, Jenna Lee discussed with Lichtman whether last night's debate or future debates can influence the prediction.

Lichtman emphasized that for the first time in more than 30 years, he's "hedging" his prediction because Trump - as he showed in last night's debate - could prove to be a "history-shattering candidate."

"[Trump] could change patterns that have held since 1860 in this country and enabled me to correctly predict every election since 1984," he explained.

The professor pointed out that Trump is the only candidate in decades who has refused to release his tax returns and appears to "lack the basic knowledge and temperament to be commander-in-chief."

"We have two competing historical forces. On one hand, this should be a change election. We should get a Republican president. But on the other hand, we have a candidate who could shatter patterns of history because of his unique status, which we saw on display last night."
