Comcast - some good news for a change

When my last "offer" expired a few months ago I managed to negotiate a rate of $19.95 for 3meg internet, but only for the rest of 2016.

Each month Comcast would bill me $24.99 and I would call them to ask for my $5 credit - no idea why they couldn't put the rate in the system.

So I called today for the credit and the agent said there was a current offer of $19.95 for 10meg internet, good for twelve months.

but, as my mother used to say, "a dollar saved is a dollar earned", so this fox was happy to play them at their own game.
