She has used the same old " tricks " successfully in past elections .
During her first run for Senate from NY she promised to create " 200,000 new high paying jobs in NY State with a vast number of them in the Upstate cities ".
When she ran for re-election she could not point to a single new nongovernment job that she had created after a full 6 years in office .
So instead she said that she " had done a great deal of work towards that goal but the work was not yet done " so as to justify her return to office .
Of course the Dems could run Charles Manson for office in NY and get a walk-over result . So she really did not even need to campaign the second time around .
So now she is using the same old promises on the entire country and why not .

She visited the Upstate Cities on her " Listening Tour " and also of course for her private big buck fund raising events at the homes of the Elites .
She showed up to campaign and then once elected no one saw her for the next 6 years until it was time to run again .
She did absolutely nothing to help the very liberal voters of Upstate NY . Nothing .

Check out the empty $750 Million solar-panel plant that Cumo just built for a company called Solar-City which is on the verge of financial collapse .
Last Friday no less than 5 big time Dems across NY State were arrested by the Feds and charged with corruption related to this very Liberal flag waiving project .
Sadly there is a better than even chance that this government built plant will ever produce a single solar-panel . This is what happens when government tries to run the private sector .
