There is a Party City store next to Bed, Bath & Beyond and Best Buy, that's in a shopping center at the corner of Rolling Acres Rd and 441/27.

I was in Paddock Mall in Ocala about two weeks ago and there was a Halloween store in the mall, near the center of the mall but head toward Belks.
