We used M&S who was recommended by someone else. They did a good job, didn't try to over sell and were prompt and courteous.

We have used Sunshine Air Conditioning for a few years and been generally pleased with the servivce. We had one service from Efficiency Experts HVAC and they tried to sell us all kinds of extra stuff over and above their $29.95 "cleaning special". I got a second opinion and found that I did not need any of the stuff they were trying to sell us so I would tend to avoid that company. Air conditioning can be a "big ticket" item so for any major repairs, I would highly recommend a second opinion and a second estimate on costs.

11 months ago I replaced our entire A/C system. I got about 4 quotes.
We picked M+S Air and were very happy with them. Their service is great, and quotes are given by the owner of the company.

They were knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Many in our neighborhood have used them for years. Their price was very good, and we felt they were more trustworthy then all the other companies we spoke to.

I strongly recommend Chuck Farrell of Lady Lake for all heating and AC service. His is a small company, and Chuck's knowledge and experience solved two unusual problems I've had when there were renters in my home. He came within hours of my calls and his prices are very fair.

One of my life goals is to have a handful of best friends. I use that approach with my short list of experts who provide the best service at the best price. Chuck Farrell is my AC/heat guy.
