2nd day on hold 1 hour, finally got my aunts bank to stop the automatic withdrawals. Now I bet they will call me. Avoid this company don't trust this service for your loved ones.

If this goes any further, contact Seniors against crime, the BBB, and if necessary the Florida Attorney General. Also, one of the Orlando television, channel 9 (I think) has investigative reporters that would probably love to get their teeth into this and have it on television for all the world to see.
